I know it's hard but wait. I tried upgrading twice a couple of days ago on my SP4. Both times I ended up with an internet speed of 0,67mbps down and around 60mbps up. I tried switching to 4G via a hotspot through my XL, and there the SP4 managed a fine 30mbps down and 20mbps up Waiting for final iso file for clean install. Comcast gives Norton Security Suite for free. I tried it out, it doesn't seem to slow my system down any, but if MS is taking care of Everything Norton does, I would rather just use Windows security.
